Marble is a natural, fragile stone. If your product arrives damaged, chipped, or broken during transit, we take full responsibility.

  • What to do: Just take a photo of the damaged item and the packaging.
  • Our Action: We will ship a brand-new replacement immediately at zero extra cost to you. No questions asked.

2. 30-Day Hassle-Free Returns
If you change your mind or the piece doesn't perfectly match your decor, you have 30 days from the delivery date to initiate a return.

  • Local Returns: To make it easy for you, we have a dedicated US Warehouse for all North American returns. No need to worry about shipping items back overseas.
  • Condition: Items must be in their original brand packaging to ensure they return to us safely.

3. Simple 3-Step Return Process
We’ve removed the long email chains to save your time:

  2. Ship: Use our provided instructions to send the item to our US facility.
  3. Refund: Once received and inspected, your refund is processed back to your original payment method within 3-5 business days.

4. Transparent & Fair
For "Change of Mind" returns, the customer covers the return shipping cost. We don't hide fees; if a prepaid label is provided, the cost is simply deducted from your final refund—no surprises.
